The photos here are of the first graders (and Jerry Uphaus, custodian) bobbing for apples. They were celebrating Johnny Appleseed Day outside in the gathering space of the new Nature/Play Area for the students on the school grounds.
I think the first grade students are shouting: “Thank you Sr. Delores ! ! ! ! ! ! ! !”
