September 29, 2013 . . . K – 12th CCD classes will be collecting small gifts for the “Operation Christmas Child Project”  through October 9th.   This project delivers millions of gift filled shoeboxes around the world to boys and girls suffering because of war, natural disaster, poverty, illness, or neglect & brings joy and hope to children in desperate situations worldwide through simple, gift filled shoe boxes and religious materials that tell of God’s love.   Families  are asked to donate small gifts that would fit in a shoe box {small toys, hats, gloves, socks, school supplies, or hygiene items,}   (but not liquids, glass bottles, or chocolate).  Items can be brought to CCD class or if anyone in the parish would like to donate, please call Susan,  336-2685, or drop items off at the parish office.
